The 2016 "Brits At The Village" Car Show is now just a few short days away. In order for our show to be a big success we need to insure that those members
who volunteered to assist in a specific task are ready to go!
I have attached an updated volunteer list for your review. Of particular importance is to have all members who volunteered for the Show Field Set Up to arrive no later than 8:00 AM. Kurth Honer will be bringing the Car Class signage for Martin Cameron and his crew to set up the field.
We still need to have a volunteer to assist Karen Schulte and Don Scholl with the Chinese Auction. If you would like to volunteer please see Karen at the show.
There are a few other things that we need for the show which I have detailed at the bottom of the volunteer list. If you cannot provide them, please contact me at 610.296.7945 ASAP so that I can make other arrangements to get them.
